DAY 3 - CORFU #ootd

Corfu!!

Yes, finally after our extremely long and chilly sea day we reached Corfu, Greece! That was our very first destination to visit in Greece. I was so excited to be there and couldn't wait to get off the cruise. We were told that the weather was warm and that it wasn't going to be very cold there and I had the perfect outfit in my mind for the beautiful island of Corfu.

I decided to wear my comfortable coordinates from Spring Break. I absolutely love this outfit. It totally makes a statement and is such a chic piece. The style of the top is like a coat, with a stiff collar and a low button up with a pair of high waist shorts, casual yet so smart and bold. I had actually carried a lot of coordinates for this trip since it's so easy and looks so dressy and smart.

The fabric and the print of this outfit totally made me in love with it.

Corfu had too many yellows and greens in the background, which complemented the print, as black and white against some plain bold colour looks very attractive. The best part of this outfit was the fact that it was so comfortable and I think it was perfect for the weather outside. The small island of Corfu is so beautiful and the architecture style is Italianate Architecture, with cafes on the edges, main plaza squares, narrow lanes and all of that jazz. The window and the door detailing were absolutely gorgeous! The location that I used for my blog pictures was mainly a narrow lane with beautiful shops, colourful entrance doors, windows and graffitis! I absolutely loved the perspective! I also got some pictures in the plaza square. The picture in the white and blue background has been captured at Achilleion which is a Palace built in Gastouri, Corfu.

That was our first destination to visit in Corfu. The other plaza places in Corfu where you had cafes and shopping resembled a lot like South Bombay. But like a better version of South Bombay with a better climate, of course! It's a really gorgeous place to explore. The view, the architecture details, the feel was wonderful.

I started falling in love with Greece from Corfu itself!

Talking about my footwear, I went for my casual double strap white flats which totally complements the outfit plus it was so comfortable and helped me explore Corfu! I did a ponytail to add to the comfy yet chic look with maroon lips and my new shades from Habbana and I was ready to go. Oh yes, how can I forget, to accessorize this outfit! I went with new favorite accessory, which are a pair of arm cuffs, minimal, edgy and chic. And bam, I was done and set to explore Corfu.
