Getting edgy with Elle Fashionwear

Christmas is almost around the corner, what are your party plans this season? I'm getting so impatient for Christmas that I literally can't wait to have all the candies and plum cakes. Yum yum! :D

Anyway, have you decided your Christmas outfit yet? If not, I think you should start planning at least. Here's what I would wear!

As you know, I love wearing basics & casuals but since it's December I want to turn that into dressy and party-ish.

I love jackets and layering, and recently when I had been to the Elle Fashionwear store, this beautiful marsala jacket caught my eye.

So, since I had already picked up the jacket, I thought of creating a look around it. This jacket has such a Parisian feel to it - the leather detailing is something you will see everywhere in Paris. I wanted the jacket to be the focal point of my look, so I went for basic colours to complement it. Blue and white can never go wrong, and adding a pop of colour to it makes it perfect for a party look. The AW'15 collection at Elle Fashionwear has some crazy pieces! I got this really cool " No More Selfies " sweatshirt, which I wore, with a pair of blue faded denims! I love this colour palette, it works so well for this season plus it's subtle yet bold!

A pair of party heels is a must, so I threw on my black tie-up heels and some bold red lipstick to complete this edgy look xx
