It has started to get a little chill in Bombay…finally! But I still can't really wear any thick coats/jackets in this city even at this time of the year. Instead, I opt for layering as I love the final look, plus it's enough for Mumbai's weak attempt at winter.
After having a look at the Autumn Winter 2015 collection at U.S. Polo Assn., I had my eyes on some casual pieces from their new collection. Simple, minimal and edgy defines my style, and we can definitely never go wrong with basics and casual pieces.
I picked up this gorgeous turtleneck in blue and added a plaid shirt in blue and white to complement. I stayed away from my usual dark colours and tried to go for this lovely blue instead which caught my eye! The top fits like a dream, I have always loved the fit that U.S. Polo Assn. offers. I usually wear a size small. Coming back to how I styled this whole look, I wore the close fitting top and added this loose breezy shirt, unbuttoned, which looks smart and chic! For my bottoms, I threw on a dark navy blue pair of faded denims from U.S. Polo Assn., it's so comfy! A high pony tail & my white flat forms complete this look.
