Hi guys, I hope you all are doing great. It’s been a beautiful month and I am excited for what lies ahead. 2018 is all about great vibes, powering on and never giving up. Talking about powering on, I would like to talk to you about power dressing and this look I styled recently is something most of you girls will love. With women’s day that just went by, power dressing and flaunting strong, bold colours was something I was really on the lookout for.
I decided to pick out this royal green dress from Vero Moda's SS18 collection that is something you can wear to work or even for a date night. An outfit that can multitask is usually my favourite and this is one strong, sexy number that you need not hesitate wearing to your office. The solid green colour is a representation of a strong personality. I absolutely loved the detailing on the shoulders and the way the collar continues and wraps around my torso. It adds an element of chic femininity and gives the otherwise simple dress an edge. What I truly love about Vero Moda’s collection is the understanding of style and fit while also bringing an edge to every design. This dress is one such piece that can rock most occasions and is extremely comfortable, in doing so! I decided to pair it with pumps and ankle high stockings and tie back my hair into a ponytail for a classy look. The pumps add the essential touch of glamour and the hairstyle takes it up a notch.
